Is Female Body Building nasty or beautiful? Is it denying on women's nature or exposing it?

I think it's beautiful when not overdone. Once i wanted to be a body builder and when i tried it i realized how much work, sacrifice and patience it requires. So it's surely not for dumb people as many thinks. However I gave up on it, i still exercise just for a good shape.

What do you think about it?

These are beautiful for me:

There is also sth called "natural body building" so without suplements which cause your muscles to develop to a huge size and i think it's delicate and attractive. It's also an alternative for women who want to have a sporty body but keep female shape in it ;)

Here are photos of it:

See what I mean by overdone:

Scary, isn't it?

Those women are really strong, I don't think can know way match them for palm for palm. They are women with masculine features.

I can't imagine how their men can romance in full sexual satisfaction.

I am sounding a little stupid right! don't mind.

That is the question.

Why menstruation is still such a shameful subject in XXI century? Why some women are ashamed when buying sanitary napkins or tampons? Why some of us do not talk about their periods openly and behave like it is a taboo?

What I'm trying to say is that us, women, cannot be ashamed of being women, so please don't behave like menstruation doesn't exist, don't behave like it's an illness, don't try to avoid talking about it, what's more, talk about it to your partners if you feel you need to. It will help to retain good relations between you & your partner, since we all know how hard is to stay peaceful at that time. Anyway, I think we shouldn't also take it too seriously, it's just sth as natural as breathing or at least should be.

One more aspect which I feel the need to mention is economy and ecology. Do you realize that assuming that using 3 tampons or sanitary napkins every day for 4 days in a month ONE woman produce 144 menstrual waste each year? So my point is to advice to use reusable products. Here you can see some of them:

1. LunaCup, a silicone cup, safe and practical, usually two sizes available, not cheap but can serve you well even for 10 years.

 2. Reusable cloth pads.

3. Reusable tampons, although I'm not sure about their efficiency since I've never used it.

Wanna read more about the subject? Check out the "Adventures in Menstruating" I especially recommend you to see there "La la Louisiana" ;P This is what they say about themselves:

          Why Adventures in Menstruating?

We think menstruation is funny. This is why we write about it, talk about it and make up smutty jokes about it. Then we laugh. A lot. Why is menstruation funny? Um...for the same reasons a lot of other stuff is funny. It's a taboo subject - the shock of it all always gets a giggle right away and, immature or not, the gross-out factor is still fun. It's the new fart joke. You wait and see. Laughter is therapeutic - sometimes periods are a pain in the uterus. Observational humour ain't all bad, and that moment of recognition feels good. We like that shared experience thing. Comedy as subversion is addictive - once you start undermining those stereotypes and analysing the euphemisms, you just can't stop. Menstruation has historically, socially and culturally been cloaked in fear and shame. Deconstructing these beliefs, with brute force when necessary, is empowering. Oh yeah - all our stuff is for menstruators and non-menstruators alike.

For the End my favourite TV series "The IT Crowd". Episode entitled: "Aunt Irma visits" enjoy ;)
