please? comment on the following statement.

Some people believe that teenagers today are generally rude, lazy and badly behaved.

Other people, however, think that teenagers have a bad reputation for no reason/

You could start by deciding which side you are on. Do you think teens deserve respect or not? If you do, then you could write about the good things that teens do. Do they work hard at school? Do they have part-time jobs? Are they responsible with their money?

What role does the media play in this? Think of the newspapers and the television news. Do they portray teens as responsible citizens? If they don't then why not? 

Do some teens ruin it for everyone else? If they do then what part do parents play in all of this? Should parents be responsible for their children's behaviour? I hope this helps you a bit.
