HEADACHE? EAT FISH!
Eat plenty of fish—fish oil helps prevent headaches.
 So does ginger, which reduces inflammation and pain.

 HAVE FEVER?
EAT YOGURT!
Eat lots of yogurt before pollen season.
 Also-eat honey from your area (local region) daily.

TO PREVENT STROKE DRINK TEA!
Prevent buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls with regular doses of tea. (actually, tea suppresses my appetite and keeps the pounds from invading…. Green tea is great for our immune system)!

 Kiwi:
Tiny but mighty. This is a good source of potassium, magnesium, Vitamin E &fiber. It's Vitamin C content is twice that of an orange.

 Apple:
An apple a day keeps the doctor away? Although an apple has a low Vitamin C content, it has antioxidants &flavonoids which enhances the activity of Vitamin C thereby helping to lower the risks of colon cancer, heart attack & stroke.

Strawberry: Protective fruit. Strawberries have the highest total antioxidant power among major fruits &protects the body from cancer causing, blood vessels clogging free radicals. (Actually, any berry is good for you..they're high in anti-oxidants and they actually keep us young….... ..blueberries are the best and very versatile in the health field....... .they get rid of all the free-radicals that invade our bodies)

  Orange:
Sweetest medicine. Taking 2 – 4 oranges a day may help keep colds away, lower cholesterol, prevent & dissolve kidney stones as well as lessen the risk of colon cancer.

 Watermelon:
Coolest Thirst Quencher. Composed of 92% water, it is also packed with a giant dose of glutathione which helps boost our immune system.  They are also a key source of lycopene – the cancer fighting oxidant.  Other nutrients

Tomatoes are very good as a preventative measure for men, keeps those prostrate problems from invading their bodies

No one really check and see how the poison is use in the right capacity in planting veg and fruits…we're now in soo much danger situations…lots of chemical use and some chemical need some period to be consider neutral,but if the farmers did not follow the time of their harvesting,thats mean the product from their farm is consider poisonous and not save…and as you can see the different…last time peoples die when we ourself knows that they were sick for soo many days…but now peoples just collapse in the midle of laughing….and die…Surprised

Thanks Osesame for such a useful information, most of the foods you described in this article are came into the category of healthy power foods.

I love to read nutrition books and the best nutritional diet book i ever read is " ABS-DIET", which is basically about the most healthy food which make our immune system robust and the body gains more muscles and loose maximum possible body fats. The biggest factor which contributes to illness deals with weak immune, block arteries and flab around mid-section which results due to consuming bad fats (Saturated and hydrogenated vegetable oils, which is also termed as Trans Fat), refined/bad carbohydrates and refined/bad sugar and sugar substitutes.

Here is the brief summery of health food cheat sheet:

The ABS DIET POWER 12 Base most of your meals on these 12 groups of
foods. Every meal should have at least two foods
from the list.

ABS DIET POWER:


A =Almonds and other nuts
B=Beans and legumes
S=Spinach and other green vegetables


D=Dairy (fat-free or low-fat milk, yogurt, cheese)
I=Instant oatmeal (unsweetened, unflavored)

E=Eggs (Organic ones are best)
T=Turkey and other lean meats (Chicken breast piece)


P=Peanut butter (look for non trans/hydrogenated one)

O=Olive oil (Canola and soybean are other alternatives)
W=Whole-grain breads and cereals
E=Extra-protein (whey) powder
R=Raspberries and other berries (most fruits like apple, banana etc  

Include these 12 power foods in your meals and hope you will sculpt the action hero body with in six weeks…....  Cool

thanks for the post Blink.....also sport who can give this food the ability to act in the body….but coz we have a little time or lazziness coz of recent pattern of life, we failed to apply all what we know….our garndfathers no nothing and they were healthy than us …coz the life was not harmonized and they use their body in daily life , not as us

Yeah agree Osesame, Weight training, cardiovascular workout and Abs exercises are must with taking 'ABS DIET' plan.

The more muscles we have the more healthy foods we will need to retain and regain. 

1 lb of pure muscles need  50 extra calories to retain.
