There has been a lot for Kat to do lately. She’s been working, doing homework, and doing extra chores. Now, she is very tired, and she doesn’t think she can do anymore. She is simply drained.
When you feel drained, the best thing to do is to take a break and relax. You might even want to take a nap. Before you do anything else, it is important to take care of yourself. When did you last feel drained? How do you recover when you are very tired?
