We usually pay attention to our physical health, but there are times when we must take care of our mental health, too.
One way to work on one’s mental health is to see a counselor in therapy. Therapy is a good way to talk about and explore one’s inner emotions and feelings and to find ways to feel better. Some people find that therapy can help them become more self-aware.
