The point is,

the peace between noth and south,or unite the US, which give you—-the south korea people life ?

These military exercises are in response to the blatant North Korean sinking of a South Korean warship.  North Korea has been increasingly erratic and belligerent in its behavior, probably as the result of power struggles within the regime as Kim Jong Il paves the way for his son, Kim Jong Un, to take over for him.  His son is young and relatively inexperienced, and it will be difficult for him to keep control over the country the way his grandfather and father did and do.  

South Korea is a wonderful place compared to many countries in the world, compared to North Korea, it is a paradise.
